Product Name: Polyurethane Top Coat Type I
Product Series: Polyurethane Series
Composition: It is dispersed in medium hydroxyl-value acrylic resin with pigment filler with water vapor permeability, and then compounded and cured with isocyanate curing agent to form a film.
Characteristics: hard coating film, good adhesion, good matching between primer and top coat; excellent filling, water vapor permeability, good sealing; excellent chemical resistance and salt spray resistance, good protection against water vapor permeability, etc.; tough film, good impact resistance; excellent interlayer bonding.
Application field: It is a kind of topcoat suitable for indoor general steel and iron metal, large steel structure and machine bed equipment under the condition of decoration and protection requirements.

Construction suggestions

1. Suggested number of coating channels: 1 channel (high-pressure airless spraying)/2 channels (air spraying)
2. Front coating: epoxy primer or medium paint.
 Back coating: None
3. Surface treatment: pre-coated with epoxy primer or medium paint, natural drying at room temperature 25℃ to reach completely dry (about 24H), the paint film is clean and flat, if there is any granularity, it should be sanded with 800 mesh sandpaper to keep it dry and free of oil, dust and other foreign matter.
4. Painting method: spraying, brushing, rolling
 Diluent: polyurethane lacquer diluent
 Dilution ratio: 10~15% (high-pressure airless spraying)/20~30% (air spraying)
5. Substrate temperature: 15~35℃.
