Product Name: Polyurethane Medium Coating Paint
Product Series: Polyurethane Series
Composition: The pigment filler with water vapor permeability is dispersed in hydroxy acrylic resin, and then compounded and cured with isocyanate curing agent to form a film.
Characteristics: tough film, good adhesion, good compatibility between base and surface paints; excellent filling, water vapor permeability, good sealing; excellent chemical resistance and salt spray resistance, good protection against water vapor permeability and other properties; tough film, good impact resistance; excellent interlayer bonding.
Application areas: it is suitable for intermediate coating of steel and iron metal surfaces under the conditions of improving the decorative finish and leveling requirements, and the workshop pre-painting of general steel and iron metal, large steel components and equipment for rust protection both indoors and outdoors.

Construction suggestions

1. Suggested number of coating channels: 1 channel (high-pressure airless spraying)/2 channels (air spraying)
2. Pre-coat:Epoxy primer
 After the supporting coating: polyurethane top coat
3. Surface treatment: pre-coated with epoxy primer, natural drying at room temperature 25℃ to reach completely dry (about 24H), the paint film is clean and flat, if there is any granularity, it should be sanded lightly with 800 mesh sandpaper to keep it dry and free of oil, floating dust and other foreign matter.
4. Painting method: spraying, brushing, rolling
 Diluent: polyurethane lacquer diluent
 Dilution ratio: 10~15% (high-pressure airless spraying)/20~30% (air spraying)
5. Substrate temperature: 15~35℃.
