Product Name: Epoxy iron coating
Product Series: Epoxy Series
Composition: It is dispersed in epoxy resin with high water vapor permeability of ferric mica powder, and then cured into film by curing agent.
Characteristics: hard coating film, good adhesion, good compatibility between primer and top coat; excellent filling, water vapor permeability, good sealing; excellent chemical resistance and salt spray resistance, good protection against water vapor permeability and other properties; tough film, good impact resistance; excellent interlayer bonding.
Application fields: It is suitable for the anti-corrosion and rust prevention on the surface of steel and iron metal under the condition of severe corrosive demand, indoor and outdoor general steel and iron metal, large steel structure and equipment workshop pre-coating anti-corrosive protection, including ships, bridges, chemical equipments and petrochemical plants, pulp mills and paper mills, power plants, and other steel structure material intermediate coating coating.

Construction suggestions

1、Suggested number of coating channels: 2 channels (high-pressure airless spraying)/3 channels (air spraying)
2、Pre-coat: epoxy primer
 After the supporting coatings: acrylic or polyurethane top coat.
3、Surface treatment: pre-coated with epoxy primer, dry naturally at room temperature 25℃ to reach
Completely dry (about 24H), the paint film is clean and flat, if there are particles should be 800 mesh sandpaper lightly sanded and keep it.
If there is any granularity, the paint film should be lightly sanded with 800 mesh sandpaper to keep it dry, free of oil, floating dust and other foreign matter.
