Product Name: Epoxy zinc rich primer 
Product Series: Epoxy Series
Composition: metal zinc powder with cathodic electrochemical protection is dispersed in epoxy resin, and then cured with curing agent compound to form a film.
Characteristics: hard coating film, good adhesion, good compatibility between primer and primer; excellent filling, water vapor permeability, good sealing; excellent chemical resistance and salt spray resistance, good cathodic electrochemical protection and other properties; tough film, good impact resistance; excellent interlayer bonding force.
Application areas: It is suitable for priming of steel and iron metal surfaces under the conditions of severe corrosive requirements, indoor and outdoor general steel and iron metal, large steel components and equipment, including workshop pre-coating antirust protection.
Pre-coating anti-corrosion protection in workshop, including coating of ships, bridges, chemical equipments and petrochemical plants, pulp and paper mills, power plants and other steel materials with bonding protection.

Construction suggestions

1. Suggested number of coating channels: 1 channel (high-pressure airless spraying)/2 channels (air spraying)
2. Pre-processing coating: None (good pre-treatment)
 After the matching paint: epoxy medium paint
3. Surface treatment: the substrate should be shot blasting and sanding before painting.
4. Painting method: spraying, brushing, rolling
 Diluent: epoxy paint diluent
 Dilution ratio: 5~15
5. Substrate temperature: 15~35℃.
